Orlando Pirates announced on Friday that their star players Miguel Timm, Thembinkosi Lorch and new signing Katlego Otladisa would return to full training with the club.
Lorch and Timm have been out of action since picking up injuries last season, and the Soweto giants have now offered an update on their progress.
The duo missed the Pirates’ opening two games of the new campaign against Stellenbosch FC and Royal AM in the DStv Premiership.
Meanwhile, Otladisa debuted for Pirates against Stellies, where he suffered an injury.
The left-winger joined Pirates at the start of the 2023/24 season after a great season at Marumo Gallants, helping the now-relegated side reach the semi-finals of the CAF Confederation Cup.
And with the club preparing to start their MTN8 title defence this weekend, the medical team stated that Lorch, Timm and Otladisa could soon feature in the Buccaneers’ famous Black and White colours.
Bucs are set to face Sekhukhune United in the quarter-finals of the MTN8 at Orlando Stadium on Saturday evening.
