Former Kaizer Chiefs scout Sinesipho Mali received glowing praise from Muhsin Ertugral after completing his prestigious UEFA Elite Scout Programme, graduating as an International Elite Scout.

On Thursday, Mali shared the news via his official Twitter account, sparking a wave of congratulations and praise.

“When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted goal. I’m Proud to announce I’ve graduated from UEFA Academy as an International Elite Scout,” said Mali.

Inspired to elevate his career, Mali enrolled in the prestigious UEFA Elite Scout Programme, recognised globally as the pinnacle of scouting education.

The programme curriculum and instructors provided the SA scout with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the competitive world of international scouting.

EX-CHIEFS SCOUT MALI GRADUATES FROM UEFA ACADEMY

Mali, who parted ways with Kaizer Chiefs in 2022 after a suspension for misconduct, is the only African graduate from the UEFA Academy class of 2023. In addition, he is the first African to complete the programme and also the youngest African with the highest scouting qualification in world football.

Sinesipho Mali’s dedication and hard work has impressed ex-Chiefs and Orlando Pirates coach Ertugral, who called him an inspiration to young scouts and commended his dedication.

“This year’s Elite Scout Programme by UEFA. I am amazed by a young man Sinesipho Mali from South Africa,” said Ertugral. He is investing in his knowledge with his own possibilities.

“Education is the passport to the future, and we need to support these young coaches to achieve their goals. “Hopefully more of this dedicated young coaches will achieve their goals to pass their knowledge that mirrors turn into windows,” added the ex-Amakhosi tactican.
