Cape Town Spurs have officially announced former Kaizer Chiefs and Moroka Swallows coach Ernst Middendorp as their new coach.
Middendorp was the leading candidate for the job after Shaun Bartlett was fired at the beginning of October following a poor start to the season. Spurs have only won one of their 11 matches this season.
