Betway Premiership side Marumo Gallants have confirmed the signing of ex-Bafana Bafana striker Dino Ndlovu and a rising youngster from their DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] side.
Gallants are in a battle to save their premiership status with only eight games to go. They sit third from the bottom of the log with 22 points. The club has only scored 18 goals this season.

“As part of Marumo Gallants FC’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the squad and achieve success for the remainder of the season, the club is pleased to announce the signing of striker Dino Ndlovu,” the club said on Friday.
“Ndlovu, a proven goal-scorer with extensive experience in top-tier leagues, joins Gallants from Sakaryaspor FC in Turkey.
The 35-year-old has had a distinguished international career, representing South African national team, Bafana Bafana, on 8 occasions. He also featured for the South Africa Under-23 team, earning 2 caps and scoring 3 goals.
“He played for several teams, including Mamelodi Sundowns, Bloemfontein Celtics, Maccabi Haifa in Israel, Anorthosis Famagusta in Cyprus, and Qarabağ in Azerbaijan. In 2018, he made a significant move to China, joining Zhejiang Greentown, where he scored 13 goals in 41 appearances. He later played for Changchun Yatai in the Chinese Super League.”

The club also confirmed that DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] player Obarate Shaun Morgan has been given a first-team contract. Morgan is a 21-year-old winger who joined their DDC side at the beginning of the season.
“Morgan, a 21-year-old, from Bloemfontein has consistently demonstrated his exceptional skills and dedication, earning his place in the senior team,” the club added.
“We are delighted to welcome Dino to the Marumo Gallants family. I’ve watched Obarate play and I believe he’s talented,” coach Abdeslam Ouaddou.
“Their experience, skills, and abilities will undoubtedly strengthen our attacking line-up and enhance our chances of success.”
