While Matsatsantsa and the Buccaneers face off on Saturday, log leaders Mamelodi Sundowns are in for a tough trip to face Cape Town on Sunday.
Only one point separates SuperSport United and Pirates, who are enjoying a purple patch.
The Jose Riveiro-led side has won five of the last six matches, where they only conceded one goal. Their previous match was a 2-1 win over the troubled Golden Arrows.
On the other hand, the Pretoria-based side, SuperSport United, have been beset with CAF Confederations Cup assignments, where they picked their first win in the group phase on Wednesday.
Nonetheless, their script in the local scene reads a lot different as they sit second behind defending champions Mamelodi Sundowns on the PSL standings.
The Gavin Hunt coach side won their last DStv Premiership match 2-1 over Moroka Swallows, and they hope to maintain the winning spirit.

On Sunday, serial DStv Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns face a tricky test to maintain their flawless record.
They are scheduled for a trip to face Cape Town City, who appear to be losing steam after dropping 4th position.
Sundowns are unbeaten in 11 matches, brushing every local opponent they faced, with Cape Town Spurs being their latest victim.
On the other hand, Cape Town City lost their last match at the hands of city rivals, Stellenbosch. The game kicks off at 15h30 at DHL Cape Town stadium.
